How to make a Jango Fett costume and Jango Fett helmet

If you want to create a Jango Fett Helmet and costume for the upcoming Halloween, be sure to do your research first on the highly embellished Star Wars villain, Jango Fett. You can watch Star Wars movies, action figures or just surf the Internet.

To create your own Jango Fett Helmet and costume, you need to have the following materials: two boxes (one large and one small), blue leggings or pants, blue long-sleeved shirt, black boots, paint, cardboard, black marker, brushes, brown belt, velcro, a toy gun , a Fett helmet and a piece of aluminum foil.

The first thing is to make a Jango Fett Helmet. Get the small box and cut off the bottom flap. The box must measure at least 2 feet X 2 feet in both height and width. Match the size of the box to your body proportion. Paint the entire box silver and after it dries, color the sides blue. Cut out a couple of eye holes and draw a “T” shaped mark from the eye area to the middle of the face that resembles the human’s nose. The box must be strong enough to hold the costume.

Next, get the largest box. It should be at least 3.5ft X 3.5ft and as strong as the other box to hold the costume. Cut the bottom side panels of the box with a utility knife or scissors. Do not cut the panel in front and back of the box completely only on the sides and form an inverted triangle. Create a hole in the top and sides of the box for the head and arms. Cut the side of the arms into a semi-circular shape, leaving a flap over the open semi-circle that should still be connected to the box. Make a shoulder plate using your hand. Simply shred or shape the remaining flap to form a plate. Paint the box silver to resemble Jango Fett’s armor.

After crafting a Jango Fett helmet and armor, now it’s time to craft weapons. He cuts out and glues some strips of construction paper onto a piece of construction paper. He creates an illusion of weapon tubes and attaches them to the calf, thigh, forearm, and bicep to scare enemies. He attaches these weapons to the armor using Velcro. A plastic yet futuristic pistol should be holstered in a utility belt or, like Jango Fett, simply held in your arms for a ready grip.

Now use all of your creations, from Jango Fett’s helmet to your weapons, and make everyone swoon for you.
