With a good fasting diet weight loss program you can eat fried chicken, ice cream, pasta or whatever you want as long as you burn more calories than you eat. That’s where intermittent fasting comes in.

Fasting diet weight loss is easy and enjoyable. Now remember, we’re not talking about long-term fasting.
