All about exotic sports cars

For many, owning a sports car is a lifelong goal. Even as children, we are almost programmed to turn and look at the beautiful and elegant sports car as it cruises through town. Sports cars are the pinnacle of motorsports and something that people dedicate their lives to. Benetton stores were created solely to finance one man’s love of racing and that is just one well-known example.

Everyone can name at least one sports car, Ferrari, Porsche, Bentley, Aston Martin, Porsche, Lotus and Lamborghini to name just a few. So what is the appeal of these unattainable cars? Sports cars are not about convenience or practicality; they are purely made to be beautiful and luxurious. Why don’t so many of our own screen heroes drive practical 4x4s or aren’t economically friendly and ride bikes? Can we really imagine James Bond showing up to save the world in a 5-door hatchback? No. Sports cars do exactly what they say on the tin. They are fast; They only fit 2 people and they don’t care about space for things like groceries.

Sports cars were initially made for the affluent classes, as “ordinary” cars of the time were dull, boring, and practical. Sports cars provided the luxury of speed, safety, and comfort. With ordinary cars becoming more attractive, more comfortable and safer and sports cars becoming economically unstable, the market is falling. People drive now not for pleasure but because they have to. Public transport is getting more and more expensive and with towns and cities becoming more and more spread out, the need to drive is more and more frequent. For those who buy a car is not a necessity but a pleasure, they can complete their city man image by buying the latest fashion and accessories from Armani, Brioni (maker of suits for James Bond), BOSS, Kiton and Ralph Lauren or cigars expensive. and watches like Cartier and Breitling from some of the websites that offer these products at more reasonable prices.

Hopefully, we’ll soon remember why we love the sports car dream and forget about our practical hatchbacks.
