The time when they will emerge from the depths of the earth is called Emergency Day or is also abbreviated as E-Day. They are simply apathetic, not caring if their victims are men, women, and even children.

The attempt at conciliation with the Locust Horde was futile, thus ending in violence. The Coalition of Ordered Governments, also commonly known as the COG, seeks to attack and defeat the Locust Horde through their base of operations called The Hollow. He was also the guardian of peace and helps those in need. But with the arrival of the new enemy, the Law of Fortification began and the humans were evacuated to the Jacinto Plateau.

What adds to the excitement would be the game’s features and this is how third person shooter games would never be the same without Gears of War 2. New weapons like Chainsaw Duels and flamethrowers made it even better and more exciting. Cooperative modes allow you to play with a second player. And what else is new? Gears of War 2 supports up to ten players.

Overall, Gears of War 2 is a fantastic choice when it comes to Xbox 360 games. The addition of seven multiplayer maps and the campaign mission surely accounted for the already sweet gift that the game is all about. The new maps include Allfathers Garden, Memorial, Sanctuary, War Machine, Highway, Way Station, and Nowhere.
