What you will need:
-1/4 cup cooking oil
-2 teaspoons sliced ginger
-3 tablespoons tomato sauce
-1 tablespoon of white wine
-1 / 2-1 teaspoon sugar
-1 / 4-1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
-1/4 teaspoon of salt
-1/2 k. medium shrimp, deveined
-1/1 cup shrimp juice
* Here’s how to get the juice from the shrimp, mash the shrimp heads, add about a tablespoon of water, and squeeze the juice from the crushed heads. Put it in a cup and save it for the sauce.
Heat the cooking oil, make sure the heat is not too high, we don’t want to burn the oil and give it a burnt taste, ginger slices for about 5 minutes. Don’t overcook the ginger to prevent it from draining off all of its spicy juices. Then you can add the tomato sauce and let it cook for a while.
Measure out the wine, sugar, hot sauce, and salt. Include this in the wok. Let simmer for a few minutes, stir with a wooden ladle to prevent ingredients from sticking to the wok. Put the shrimp, mix this until half done.
